Swim School Enrolments Guide

All enrolments for Swim School are now managed directlly through the Member Portal.

If you've forgotten your password, click here to reset your password before getting started.

If you don't have an account, register online before continuing.

Log in to the Member Portal

Click here to jump directly to lesson group selection, however if you encounter any difficulties, you can manually navigate to lessons by heading over to Book Now > Swim School & Programs

Ensure that South Hedland Aquatic Centre is the displayed club, otherwise click the 'Change club' button

Review available courses

Check the day, time, stage, and age bracket (Pre-school or School Age) before clicking on 'Enrol now'

Select "Enrol Now"

This will display the details of the course and a selection of all Linked Accounts

Select "Enrol Now" for the appropriate account

Not all accounts are eligible for all courses, some enrolments are subject to age/level requirements

Confirm the Payment Option

Confirm the Payment Option and select 'Next'

Review the Summary

Once you've double-checked all the details, click the Term and Conditions button to toggle it to 'Yes' and select 'Next'

Sign the Form

Use your screen or pointer device to electronically sign the form, and click 'Ok' on completion

Complete Payment

On the next screen, you will be asked to select a Payment Method

Choose ‘Payrix’ as your Payment method, fill in your payment information and select ‘Process Payment’ when ready

If you have a credit with Port Hedland Leisure, you also have the option to apply your credit to the transaction before proceeding

All Done

With that, you're all done! Refer to your email notification for a copy of your enrolment information

Click here to jump directly to holiday program selection, however if you encounter any difficulties, you can manually navigate to holiday programs by heading over to Book Now > Swim School & Programs and then selecting 'Swim School Holiday Program' from the 'Activity type' dropdown

Review available courses

This will display the details of the course and a selection of all Linked Accounts

Select "Enrol Now" for the appropriate account

Please choose a course time from the available options which best reflects your child’s swimming level:

Beginner Star No minimum requirements
Stage 1 Your child is able to glide forwards and backwards before recovering to a stand in water at least waist deep
Stage 2 Your child is able to swim 5m freestyle (face in water), glide forwards (3m) and glide backwards before recovering to a stand

If you are unsure, we recommend booking in at a lower level and contacting the Swim School at swimschool@porthedland.wa.gov.au to organise a formal a level assessment

Confirm the Payment Option
