Freezing Your Membership

We know that you may need to take a break from time-to time.

To make it as easy as possible, you can now freeze your membership, no questions asked, directly through the Member Portal.

While your membership will restart automatically after the freeze period is complete, you can refreeze your membership as many times as needed up to your contract limit.

Follow the steps below to get started:

Log in to the Member Portal

Click here to jump directly to the account management section, however if you encounter any difficulties, you can manually navigate to this area by heading over to Account > Membership & Freezes

Select your Contract

All key details of your current membership agreement will be displayed on screen

Click "Freeze contract"

This will display the freeze options available to you on your membership

Select the Freeze Option

Once you've selected the appropriate freeze option, click "Next" to proceed to the next step

Enter Details

Specify the start and end dates and then click "Confirm"

Check Your Email

You should now have received an email from us confirming the details of your membership freeze.
