Swim School Enrolments Guide

All enrolments for Swim School are now managed directlly through the Member Portal.

If you've forgotten your password, click here to reset your password before getting started.

If you don't have an account, register online before continuing.

Log in to the Member Portal

Click here to jump directly to lesson group selection, but if you encounter any difficulties with this step, you can manually navigate to lessons by heading over to Book > Courses

Ensure that South Hedland Aquatic Centre is the displayed club, otherwise click the 'Change club' button

Review available courses

Please check the day, time, stage, and age bracket (Pre-school or School Age)

Select 'Enrol Now'

This will display the details of the course and a selection of all Linked Accounts

Select 'Enrol Now' for the appropriate account

Not all accounts are eligible for all courses. Enrolments are subject to age/level requirements

Confirm the Payment Option

Confirm the Payment Option and select 'Next'

Review the Summary

Once you've double-checked all the details, click the Term and Conditions button to toggle it to 'Yes' and select 'Next'

Sign the Form

Use your screen or pointer device to electronically sign the form, and click 'Ok' on completion

Apply Credits

On the next screen, you will be asked to select a Payment Method. If you have a credit with Port Hedland Leisure, and wish to apply it to this enrolment, click 'Cancel' on the bottom left and then go to Account > Payments

This page will show all outstanding payments, including the current Swim School enrolment, with any account credit applied

Tick the box next to ‘Initial Payment’ then click ‘Pay’

Complete Payment

Choose ‘Payrix’ as your Payment method, fill in your payment information and select ‘Process Payment’ when ready

All Done

With that, you're all done! Refer to your email notification for a copy of your enrolment information

Click here to jump directly to assessment selection, but if you encounter any difficulties with this step, you can manually navigate to assessments by heading over to Book > Classes and then click any activity type - and choose  'Swim School Assessment'  - then search choose the available dates that suit you

Review available options

Please check the day, time, stage before clicking on 'Book now'

Select 'Book now'

This will display the details of the course and a selection of all Linked Accounts

Select 'Book Now' for the appropriate account

Confirm the Payment Option and select 'Next'

Review the Summary
