We’re happy to report that we’ll be reopening Crèche on Monday, 17 March!
We know it’s been a considerable inconvenience for some of our members, particularly those with young children, and we sincerely apologise for all the setbacks! It’s been a long road, so thank you all for your patience with us!
Crèche times and capacities will be a bit different for a few weeks while we recruit more crèche staff, but for the interim, crèche will be available…

Unfreezing Your Membership
If you had the Crèche Closure Freeze applied to your membership, just send a quick email to leisure@porthedland.wa.gov.au and we'll get you thawed out!
Freezing Longer
Alternatively, if you want to keep your membership freeze until Creche is back to regular operations, we encourage you to double-check the end date of your suspension and extend the freeze as needed via the Member Portal.
Bookings Procedure
When bookings open up, you’ll notice a few changes to how you book in your children! While crèche was closed, we took the opportunity to work alongside our software provider to rebuild the system and make it simpler and more intuitive!
It should be pretty straight forward once all changes have been implemented, but our provider is still making a few updates, so if you encounter any difficulties, just give us a ring on (08) 9158 9750 or send an email to leisure@porthedland.wa.gov.au for assistance.
