We go live tomorrow with our brand new Member Portal which will provide users with a quicker, easier and more intuitive method to perform a variety of tasks online, such as booking in for classes and crèche, reserving squash courts, making changes to your membership, and more to come!
But how do members access the portal? Great question!
First Time Logging In
All existing members of Port Hedland Leisure have been set up on the new Member Portal. All that's left to do is to set a password for the account. If you're a member, you'll receive an email tomorrow with a link to reset your password. Just follow the instructions provided in the email and you'll be good to go!
Technical Difficulties
If you encounter any difficulties, just send an email to leisure@porthedland.wa.gov.au or call (08) 9158 9750 and our Customer Services Team would be happy to help out.
Email? What Email?
If for some reason you don't get an email tomorrow, please check your junk folder. If you still can't find it, let us know as soon as possible so we get it all fixed up for you.
EFTPOS
One small snag is our EFTPOS machines were delayed in transit, so all kiosk sales at the stadium this week will have to be either cash or through the Member Portal. This includes all food, drinks, and merchandise, so we strongly encourage all patrons to bring in cash for kiosk sales if possible.
Queries
If you have a question we haven’t addressed, please send an email to leisure@porthedland.wa.gov.au or give us a call on (08) 9158 9750.
We'd also love to hear from you if you have any feedback on the new portal once it goes live tomorrow.
