Online enrolments for Swim School delayed – More info. will be provided shortly

Swim School Terms 3 only kicks off on 15/07, but we're opening up re-enrolments for current students this Wednesday, 19/06.

This time round though, all enrolments forms and payments will be managed online directly though our brand new, Member Portal.

No paper. No phone calls. No fuss.

First Time Logging In

To make it as easy as possible on Wednesday, we've already created an account for everyone registereted in the current term for Swim School.

All you need to do to access your account is to reset your password.

If you're a member of Port Hedland Leisure, you'd already have completed this step earlier in the month, so you can just log in on Wednesday to complete your enrolment.

Enrolling on Wednesday.. But.. How?

Don't worry! We'll send out an email on Wednesday with detailed instructions on how to go about enrolments. For now, we just encourage you to get your account set up so you're ready for Wednesday.

If you're feeling extra eager though, you can double-check that we've got your kids linked up correctly on the system.

Once you're logged in, go to: Account > Friends and Family

If any of your kids aren't listed, click the 'Add Family Member' button and follow the on-screen prompts.

Technical Difficulties

Resetting your password should be pretty straight forward, but if you encounter any difficulties, just send an email to leisure@porthedland.wa.gov.au or call (08) 9158 9750 and our Customer Services Team will be happy to help out.

Swim School Queries

If you have a question we haven't addressed, feel free to pop over to South Hedland Aquatic Centre during normal operating hours, or give us a call on (08) 9158 9772 – Alternatively, you can send us email at swimschool@porthedland.wa.gov.au

We'd also love to hear from you if you have any feedback on the new portal and how we can make things easier and more user-friendly for everyone.
